Good people in Fireworks today

There are some pretty Good people in the fireworks game today, I had 2 games in a row with 5400 + (5408, 5610) before the 5th round and was sent back to lobby because i was in sixth place. Happy crediting everyone

Wow impressive.

But on the other side :
Double credits at fireworks is fun for the good players. But my friend who is not so good at fireworks gets less credits that usual because she is sent to the lobby earlier than usual.

It STINKS for us mediocre players...

But I find if you hit fireworks right at opening, you can play for a couple of hours before it's gets too bad...

At night.... forget it!!!!!

Yep. This is why double fireworks is really not a great idea. The really good players keep good players from advancing as far. Don't even think about the poor players.

I will either get the same credits or less since I'm only OK at it.

Most fireworks players are good because they dont play mansion or pirates very much.

Even when its double credits, I didnt play mansion, it just isnt my thing.

Pirates... well... ask Lily, I dont belong on the dock

So its really all I got, and its no more credits at double than it used to be before the remix really. A little more for the best players, but not much.

But, it's still a lot more than anyone else can get. The better players basically shut out the not as good player. Even to the point where a person is getting less than they normally would.

So who does it benefit? Not the people that can't play well and already don't get many credits from it and need them. But the people that play it well and already get the most credits from it.

The most I ever got from it was 800 credits for 1 game. And that was only if I could get a good player and go 3 rounds.

What does a player who can get 5000 points on fireworks get? How about 8000?

The only game I was ever really good on was Jungle Cruise. Unfortunately, there are now others that are better than me. But the time I get home from work, there is no way I can get 750 credits.

But I'm not thinking of myself. What about the kids that can't play any of the games well?
I remember last Friday night when I was playing, I saw kids in the fireworks lobby saying "this stinks" or "I quit this game". It was because they couldn't get very far due the the best players coming out en masse to get those double credits.
Those poor kids couldn't get anywhere getting cut out after just the first or second levels.

Hey!! Leave me out of this!! Can't a guy make an honest living in the Fireworks Lobby?? Otherwise I'd be forced to resort to a life of crime, scamming credits from the boys and girls of VMK. You wouldn't want that, would you??

I believe double HM was every day for months on end.

I think the point is more that double fireworks days brings out the good fireworks players en masse all day long AND due to the way that fireworks works, the average fireworks players therefore can't even finish a game because we get bumped back to the lobby mid-game.

Unlike ghosts, in fireworks good players flooding the game on 1 day actually hurts other players.

My point is only the good players get double credits.
Anyone can get good credits in HM on double days. If a person normally caught 20 ghosts in HM, they could catch 20 on those double credit days.

In fireworks, a person who can normally get only 2000 or 3000 can't get that many on double credit days because they are getting kicked out of the game much sooner.

People who chose not to play HM during the double credit days have no one to blame but themselves. They Chose not to play.
Those trying to play fireworks can't take advantage of those double credits. They do not choose to get booted out after the first or second level.
I wouldn't complain if people could actually finish the game instead of getting booted out of it.

It is also a question of chance, sometimes there are games where I end up being first and sometimes I cant even get past the no 4 in the ranking because there are a lot of better people than me .. You can also just exit the game if you see at the Lvl 1 - 1 names of people you know play well at the game.

A few thoughts that I had earlier today, regarding those that can't make it past a certain point in the Fireworks game on Fridays:

First off, it's double credits, regardless of your point total, and regardless of when your game is finished.
Secondly, should you get "shoved" out of a game because there are enough players in the game that are better than you, then a couple things happen:
-You get out of the game quicker, still getting your double credits, but in less time than the full game, and
-Because you got "shoved" out, then you don't have to worry about playing with those players for a while - they are still in their game.
Thirdly, Mansion and Pirates games take a lot less time than a single game of Fireworks. Mansion was double credits for months, and Pirates has had multiple double credit days since the last time Fireworks had a double credit day.
Fourthly, yes I chose not to play much Mansion during the last few months because that's my choice. It's also your choice to play Fireworks on Fridays (or not play). If you play, then enjoy the double credits.

In the end, it's all about the credits. It's not about completing a game through all the levels. It's not about where you finish (which is why it's always funny to me when people say things like, "I usually finish in second place," etc - it's not about the place, it's about the score ). Enjoy the double credits or don't - simple as that.
