Well after a few agonising weeks my appointment finally came round yesterday afternoon to test me for glaucoma, my DH came with me and basically I DON'T HAVE GLAUCOMA
what a relief, the normal pressure in your eyes should be between 10 and 21, on the day i went to vision express it was 26 in one eye and 25 in the other and thats why they referred me, however yesterday it was 20 in both eyes, and my nerves behind my eyes look healthy (so they say), it felt really weird though someone messing about with your eyes, god knows how many drops i had in them, i lost count in the end
and i looked like an alien when i finally came out, my white bit of my eye was a lovely orange colour with the dye they put in, but what freaked me and my DH out the most was my whole pupil was the size of all my eye (colour bit usually brown in my case) sorry i don't know the correct names, so as you can imagine I didn't look like me with orange and black eyes, very fetching.
I felt like getting absolutely SLOSHED but unfortunately I had to come to work instead never mind I can concentrate on getting ready for my holiday now with all my troubles behind me. Wahhheyyyyyyyyyy
