good news and bad

As some of you are aware i have been awaiting test results of my MRI, its not as bad as they first diagnosed,i still have calcium in the brain but probably have had it since birth so the good news is i should last another 50 years, as long as i say away from bus lanes
Now the bad news as i work in the building trade,am self employed and work mainly on schools and hospitals. its an industry in contraction so the firm i worked for have had to get rid of there self employed workers and keep only there card in ones. having been going round sites the last week seams this is happening most places
Well got my health,a nice cruise to look forward to at Xmas,and skiing in feb.But as i can not see things picking up in the near future will have to put the florida holiday on hold
If anyone wants a site manager/working foreman/joiner give me a call

Glad to hear that you have a positive diagnosis. As long as you have your health, little else matters I'm sure you will get another trip to Florida. Fingers crossed that the building trade picks up soon.

I totally agree with Juliette, your health is more important and I'm so pleased about your diagnosis too Good luck in finding a new job Paul, and I hope you'll be booking that trip to Florida soon

Glad your health is good and that there should be no problems in the forseeable future

I am joining the out of work club at the end of December so sympathise with your situation. We have nothing planned and I am looking for work now. Good luck, hopefully with your trade & skills you will pick something up
