Good news and Bad news.

The good news is: MY LAPTOP IS BACK!!!!! Four long weeks of waiting and it's finally home!!

(That is of course, no thanks to PC world who we have sent a complaint letter to)

The bad news is: It needs to be configured so it can access the internet as my dad did something to our router while it was away, and needs a repair man to fix it.

But at least the laptop is back! For the next couple of days, I will still be posting on the family computer. Not for long I hope!

Hi, have had problems with our lap top/router too - it was such a pain. Was your router purchased from BT by any chance. Ours was and it was just a case of phoning a special helpline number and they talk you through it.
