Good news about BCV?

Been reading alot of horrible reviews about BCV. The reports state that the rooms are trashed and worn. We have ressies in Dec and March there. Do we need to worry?

I've read those reviews too, and I'm hoping it's not the norm. I've always loved BCV but I haven't been in almost a year. I can't see Disney letting things get that bad. They have their reputation at stake of great service, quality, etc.

We returned recently from a two week stay, the room was clean and pristine. Had a wonderful stay with no problems.
