Good Neighbo Hotel?

Does anyone know what the designation of "Good Neighbor Hotel" to Disney World means?? Thanks for your help!

I think that one of the points of a Good Neighbor hotel is that they sell the Disney park tickets, I'm sure that is not the only reason that they get designated as a Good Neighbor hotel....but I've not seen a checklist of reasons why they get that title. I've also noticed with most if not all of the Good Neighbor hotels they have a shuttle.
