We just got back and had rented a car from National Emerald Aisle for the first time. It worked just as billed. We landed, got our luggage, and headed over to the Emerald Aisle and picked our car. We got a Pontiac Vibe, not exactly sure why except that my husband liked the way it looked. It was a little tight with a big stroller and two large suitcases but overall was a good car. We loaded up and stopped at the window on the way out. Took about 3 minutes to get out, but as we were leaving the lines had gotten quite long behind us, so I can see were it could take a bit longer depending on when you arrive. Drop off at the end of our trip was a piece of cake and I was billed exactly what I was quoted. I don't think I'd rent a car any other way after this experience.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience. It is great to read that the system worked for you just as advertised.

I have also had mostly positive experiences with National and the few glitches I have encountered haven't swayed me from using them.

My next trip is in 3 weeks so I will use them again and let the DIS know how it goes!

We just got back yesterday, we also picked a Vibe from the Emerald Aisle. We only had two adults, so we just wanted a car that would give us good gas mileage. I think we only paid $18 to fill the tank before we left for the airport. We had the car 8 days. Car return was a breeze. There was no one there at 2PM Monday, Terminal A.
