I am groggy this morning and I have a lot to do today. I am having my grandmother over for dinner tomorrow so I am going to put together my spinach lasagna (FROZEN spinach, not fresh!) today so I can just bake it tomorrow. I love the way it tastes when it has set overnight.

Its the first day of ISTEP, so I got up and tried to fix the kids a nice hot breakfast, but DS left without eating and just grabbed a bottle of water..... I am getting DD up in a few and maybe I can get a good meal in her before she leaves!

After everyone heads out the door I am off to Zionsville and Carmel to work today. I hope everyone has a great day and try to stay dry!!!

My spinach lasagna is just plain tomato-based lasagna with some spinach mixed in. I didn't like spinach either when I first tried it (my step-mother made it), but it is awesome. It's just adds some depth to the flavor
