A nice cool morning here in S. Jersey. I am sure everyone is getting there last minute things done for Thursday. Myself I have to go pick up my pie's today and few other things that I need. Tonight I have a meeting to go to and well tomorrow my DD (lauren) will be home!

Good morning Kitty! I am so glad I don't have to do any cooking on Thanksgiving! We are going to MIL's house. Of course, when we are home, dh makes the meal. I am proud to say as a 37 year old woman, I have never had to make a Thanksgiving meal. My Dad used to make them, my first husband loved to make them, and my husband now LOVES to make them. I am not a huge turkey lover anyway. I just do the clean up, and that's not so bad since I finally trained dh to clean as you go. He loves to make the big fancy meals. I just make the everyday ones.

It is chilly here in sw Oklahoma, around 45, but should be up near 70 later today. 25 days until we leave for Disney!

Cool morning here too. DD had a PA day yesterday but it's back to sxhool today. Report cards come home next monday.(Already, didn't school JUST start!)

Good morning everyone! It's 37 here in middle Georgia (wind chill is 31 - brrr!) and I'm glad I don't have to go out anywhere today!

We did our shopping for Thursday last weekend, and I'll probably bake cornbread for the dressing and a few pies tomorrow (pecan pie, Kentucky Derby pie, chocolate chip cream cheese pic).

Good morning to everyone!

It was a brisk 24 degrees here this morning when I took DS to school..brrrr! Today is my shopping day for the holiday and stocking up for a while. It's gonna be a quiet Turkey day here...just the 3 of us since my dad decided to head south to a cousin's house. It should be a great day! Friday is the worry day...DH's family is getting together...not just the siblings and all, but all of his grandparents kids, grandkids, great grandkids...no telling how many there will be. DS really doesn't want to go...he's never met any of the extended family, so probably gonna be a discussion about that...(whiny kid voice...Do I have to go?)

Anyway...I hope ya'll have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
