Good Local Eateries?

Looking for a good place to have dinner, that is not a Disney restraunt or a national chain, within a reasonable amount of time from WDW that the average meal runs $10/person or less.

No bars/clubs/etc or places with smoking since we have an infant. We prefer american/mexican/italian foods.
