Good Hotel Deal Near Universal

We are looking for a good hotel deal near Universal, are there any suggestions? One time someone posted a Travel Zoo code that was great.....anything like this out there.

Where are those crazy good deals, help if you can!

We stayed at the Sheraton Studio City, which is about half a mile away. I got it on Hotwire for $52/night. I limited my search to the Universal area and 3* hotels.

There's a Doubletree right across the street from US/IOA that also gets great reviews.

I stay the Fairfield Inn and hawthorne suites on Canada Avenue. Also stay the Residence Inn on Universal Blvd last year that got for 49.00 dollars a night that found code on travelzoo.com .

I've seen some recommendations for the Hyatt Place Universal.

I'm planning to book at the end of the week so I'm looking for good deals myself! Most that I've found are actually closer to WDW so we might end up staying in that area.

I'm staying at the Fairfield Inn on Canada Dr. in September. I haven't stayed there before but there was an awesome Marriott Points deal on the hotel....and the hotel has rave reviews on Trip Advisor.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place in June for one night. Its nice, free parking, free breakfast and you can walk to Universal if you want. They have two shuttles in the am and two in the pm. I would stay here again.
