Good, fun lunch place in EPCOT?

We are thinking Teppen Edo, but we have a few Hibacci Places where we live, so it would not be anything new for us.
Any other ideas? This would be our first day there- thanks!

Also the Biergarten. To help plan, here's the current show schedule:

Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:00 & 8:05pm
Length of show: 25 minutes

I usually will try for a reservation about 20 minutes before the show begins. That way, you can be seated, order your drinks and have your first plate of food before the band starts. You can see an entire show during your lunch and then settle the bill after the band ends. It just helps with the noise level when talking to the server.

I had the most excellent piece of salmon at Chef's de France back in March. I highly recommend this restaurant for Lunch. Dinner here can get noisy and crowded. The wine list here is excellent also.
