Good food gifts?

We'd like to send my grandma a belated Christmas/Birthday food basket. She was in California with my uncle and cousin until yesterday. We had a problem last year with Wolferman's delivering too late and she was already gone, and the year before sent it to her while there and she had trouble fitting it all in her suitcase to take home, so we figured we'd wait till after her trip this year. Just a quick explanation so you all don't think I'm a terrible granddaughter!

Anyway, the shipping charges at Wolferman's and Harry & David are outrageous and all the coupon codes I can find are expired. Any recommendations for good food companies online? Cookies, fruit, muffins, whatever!

Where does grandma live? Maybe a good local place could do something nice for her. In my city there's a good "gourmet market" that does great gift baskets, catering, etc.

And Cheryl's Cookies and Loralie's Brownies are good if you want sweets.

How old is your grandmother? We love to send Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas or Skyline Chili or Corky's Ribs . Also QVC has great prices on Paula Deen and other foodies ;-)
