We had booked r/t airport transfers and r/t cruise port transfers from Happy Limo and I just wanted to report that we had a good experience.
Once booked, they emailed us our confirmation information which included costs, time and place of pick up and destination (with an approximate arrival time). I did have a couple of questions so I called and had no problems getting ahold of someone and all my questions were answered.
When we arrived at the airport, the driver was waiting with our name on a sign. The driver (Fabio) was friendly and helpful. He helped us with our luggage, loaded it into the car, showed us the various controls in the car and offered us some drinks (soda & water).
For our transfers to the port, the driver called us about 5-10 minutes prior to his arrival, showed up on time and again was very helpful. When we were dropped off at the port, he showed us were we needed to go and made sure that the porters got all of our luggage. He also explained where he'd pick us up when we returned.
Both our return trips (from the port to WDW and from WDW to MCO) were similar to our pick ups. They called before arriving, they were helpful, courteous and on time.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.
