Good, daily American-style dining places on Monorail loop?

I’m trying to decide which dining location on the loop would be best for me just as a normal daily meal. Not one of the higher end spots. I’m not much for seafood or dishes covered in vegetables. Just traditional American food.

So far, it looks like Contempo Cafe may be it. Anything similar?

I’d prefer something better than chicken tenders and a burger.

My favorites as examples: Jambalaya at French Quarter (could eat everyday), Art Smiths Homecoming, Hoop Dee Doo.

whispering canyon at WL perhaps. Not on monorail but there is a boat from MK.

Take a look at all three of the menus for the quick service location at the monorail resorts including Gasparilla and Capt Cooks. You’ll find sandwiches, flatbreads, salads. I might also recommend the Grand Floridian Café at GF, and Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary. They have a variety of options, and are not super fancy.

Yeah these are your only real choices...GF cafe but me personally I love SH71. And not super expensive for what you get...Disney wise anyway

Steakhouse 71 is a steakhouse, but not terribly expensive compared to Disney - and has a very traditional steakhouse and burger menu. As mentioned, Wilderness Lodge isn't on the monorail, but a lovely boat ride away if you monorail to MK then hop the boat to the Lodge - Geyser Point is a great outdoor covered bar/grill with burgers and such.

For QS, Gasparilla Grille at the GF is good! Excellent fresh made salads (they make them to order) and they are know for their mac and cheese.
