good counter meal at which resorts last day?

On my daughter's last day at WDW she will still have 1 counter meal left over. She is staying at the POP. her flight leaves at 7:30pm (estimating latest 3:30 pm back at POP for bus to airport) where are some good resorts for them to have a counter meal, is it even worth going to a resort (using disney transportation) on the last day or should she just stay put. She is going in January.

POP has good food court but if she staying there may be tired of it. DTD has Earl's and they have so many choices in sandwiches/chips etc. or Wolf Gang Pucks Express has great food. Grand Floridian has good food court as well as Poly also Port Orleans Riverside Food court is good as well as Trails End at Ft Wilderness Campground and would just take the boat from outside Magic Kingdom over to Trails End. Contemporary also has food court and all these are counter service that I have mentioned.

I would either use it there at POP or DTD.

Assuming you are asking about resort CS because she won't have a park ticket for that day. "Staying put" still means checking out and vacating the room by the regular time in the morning; might be kind of boring to just hang out at the hotel/food court for another 4-5 hours. I like the idea of going to a resort for a fun lunch after checking out of POP by mid-morning. Leave all luggage including carry-ons with the bell captian at POP until it's time to come back and catch the bus to the airport.

Obvious choice is to use the opportunity to scope out one or more resorts that she might want to stay at in the future; just pick a couple, tour the resorts, and eat wherever she happens to be when she's hungry. For a bigger sit-down CS meal, what about Pepper Market at CSR? For a final dose of Disney magic, how about Captain Cook's at the Poly or Contempo Cafe at CR? With those she'd get final monorail rides, or if the day is nice could take a boat ride to/from/between resorts, just for fun.
