Good character dinner?

What is the best Character Dinner? We were thinking of doing Chef Mickey's but have been reading some not so good reviews about it. I really wish there were more dinners available that have Mickey and the gang because that is DS's favorite. Thanks for the help!

If DS likes Micky & friends, my girls really liked dinner at Garden Grill in Epcot. You get Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale. Food is served family style.

We loved Chef Mickeys and Ohana's character meals. We had dinner at Chef Mickey's on arrival night(didn't get to eat much as the characters were on us almost immediately and my son was in such awe) and we had breakfast at Ohana's. Ohana was alot less stressful as they bring the food to you and it's not a buffet so you don't have to worry about missing the characters

We have done Chef Mickey's breakfast and also the Princess Breakfast in Norway at Epcot! The food at Chef Mickey's I thought was awesome! So much to choose from, and everything I had tried was awesome! And the character interaction was awesome too! The food we had for lunch at the Princess one, was icky! I didn't like it at least! The interaction here was awesome too! We were seated right next to the door so were the first to see the Princesses! I would also say that Chef Mickeys was not all the expensive, but Akershus was a bit pricey, but also included a picture package with whatever Princess is stationed in the front! We'll be trying Tusker House for the first time in July, and doing Chef Mickey's again!

Don't go by reviews. Everyone's tastes are different. I've never had a bad meal at Disney (well except for 1900 PF). I read lots of bad reviews but refused to change any of my ADR's. I'm glad I didn't. So go for it adn do Chef Mickey's!
