Good breakfast restaurant?

We'll be having most breakfasts in our condo but our first day, before grocery shopping, we need somewhere to go for breakfast.

I'd like somewhere inexpensive but not McDonald's and not somewhere that the food might make us sick!!

For breakfast we have always had good experiences with Ponderosa, Shoney's, as well as Perkins. All are inexpensive and have a good selection of breakfast items.

there is a very nice Golden Corral in LBV - there is a not so nice one in Kissimmee.
