Hello,

We are planning to leave MK for dinner and would like suggestions for a restaurant onsite of WDW We have already booked Kona and Ohana, but need one more. Any other suggestions? If so, how do I get there? Sorry such a newbie :confused3

You can walk or monorail to Chef Mickey's at the CR, or Whispering Canyon at WL is a boat ride away.

Try Grand Floridan Cafe for a relaxing, laid-back evening with modest food or ferry/monorail over to the Wave at the Contemporary, I've heard it's one of the most underrated restaurants in Disney. It's focus is on fresh, trendy American food. :cloud9:

Another vote for WCC at the WL.

We love this restaurant! Just a quick boat ride to the Wilderness Lodge (not fort wilderness).

If you don't mind Quick Service locations I would highly recommend walking over to the Contemporary and trying the Contempo Cafe.

Also if you like Sushi I would highly recommend the Kona Island Sushi Bar which is also at the Polynesian, which is open from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM. From the Magic Kingdom you can take the Resort Monorail or Boat which goes there.

We like taking the monorail to the GF and going to 1900 Park Fare. Our kids enjoy the food there.

I love dinner with Cindrella, the step sisters and step mom at 1900 Park Fare. (Monorail to the Grand Floridian-- really easy.) The stepfamily is hilarious, and the buffet is good.

If you have any young girls, they can wear a princess costume if they choose. (Most kids don't, but there are enough in costumes that they won't feel funny.) They'll hear "Your highness" and "princess" all night long :)

Faster way to GF is to take the resort launch in front of MK. GF is first stop for the launch and 4th for the monorail. Five minute ride and max 10 minute wait but usually half that. It lands a few feet from Narcoosee's (a signature restaurant) and there are several restaurants there most of which have been mentioned.
