:blush:Okay, I know this may not be the most appropriate place to ask this, but I've had it with the creepy crawler undies.

I need suggestions for panties that don't ride up. I'm a size 8 (slacks) - shouldn't be too hard? Nope, impossible (so far)!!! DH was so excited that he ventured off to Victoria's Secret last week to surprise me with some new undies for Christmas....nope, these things aren't even going in the "last resort" drawer.

I used to love Olga brand panties, but DH hated them and now I can't even find them. I've been spending a small fortune trying out different brands, from the 4 pair for $10 to $14/pair. The Target brand that was working for me, doesn't fit the same (new ones).

HELP!!!

My new favorites are Maidenform microfibers at JCPenney. They come in a few different styles, including hipster and boy short. Super comfy, they don't ride up and they're actually stylish and sexy!

I am in love with Soma panties. I buy the vanishing edge line, no lines and no riding up . They have very thin line of silicone on the edge, you can't feel it and it keeps those bad boys in place.

Have you tried Jockey brand?

Yep, tried two different styles of Jockey brand. I think they were the ones with the "non ride-up guarantee", or maybe that was Hanes.I'd really like to find an inexpensive brand, but at this point,...

I have found Lands End ladies briefs to stay put......

I will try Land's End. Didn't think of them and I order from them fairly regularly.

I have tried a couple of Maidenform styles. Boyshort styles tend to do wierd things on my chicken thighs. Headed out to the mall in a bit, may go look at JCP again.

THIS! This sounds like what I need! Found three stores, but they are all 1.5 to 2 hours away. May have to on-line.

Thank you all! Any more suggestions...always appreciated.

I found these olga panties: http://www.herroom.com/olga,panties...c6693ae7e104&gclid=CJvcl7mmoK0CFQpV7Aod6hijoA

Here is my opinion, take it or leave it: If these are the panties that you like, get them. Have some cute 'play panties' for times with your husband and then have your basic olga panties for your everyday wear. If he says anything, tell him you will wear the VS panties everyday when he wears a man's thong everyday.

Careful what you ask for. What do you do when he says okay?;)

For every-day wear, I'm a Jockey snob. Their cotton is so much softer than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom cotton. I do watch for sales and usually grab a couple of boxes if I find a really great deal on them.

I tried to cheap out a few months ago and bought some Hanes panties. I wore one pair and threw them in the garbage.

Jockey 100% cotton French cuts. Lately, there's even been some cool colors and designs if you want to mix it up a bit.

I agree with maxiesmom 100% about other brands. I also don't care for the Jockey ones that are real thin and stetchy (not sure what they're called) -- I have some in my "laundry needs to be done" emergency stash.

Try Lane Bryant. They even have bra's to match. But wait for a good sale, normal price is outrageous.

I buy the cotton hipster ones and they don't ride up.

OP is a size 8...Lane Bryant undies will fall down instead of ride up :rotfl:

size 8 would be a medium : )

See red highlight- Unless husband is wearing the undies himself, I wouldn't give a rats *** what he thinks of them. IMO comfort trumps his idea of what looks "good". If they are comfortable and meet his approval, it's a win win, but I wouldn't break the bank finding that happy medium.

I'm size 8, but curvy.
I order my VS undies from online only. Never the plain old cotton.
I get the body by victoria brief or bikini.
LOVE them. stretchy, cover everything. i can only find them online though. i usually try to stock up when i see free shipping online for no minimum order or $25. They are more expensive than their 6/27 deal though - but worth it.

I am going to second the Soma vanishing edge ones. I really like them. They probably aren't budget, but I have gotten some good deals in years past around this time at the store.
