We have a regular twin aero bed and I slept on it for a few nights and never again. It was just not comfortable for me. I like a pillow top, or European mattress with the extra cushioning. I just could not get the aero adjusted correctly, either too hard or if soft or too swaying like a poorly filled water bed. We were visiting relatives in Austin and the weather is close to like Florida the plastic was hot even though I put the fabric side up. Maybe a blanket underneath would help.
However, my young nieces and nephew, ages 6 to 12 don't have any problems sleeping on them. Oh to not have any back problems or arthritis.
