Hi!
I've had Golfers elbow in both arms since the end of Oct. I have been to a chiropractor twice and I have been going for massage. It doesn't seem to be going away. I was told by one chiropracter that doesn't live near me (wish he did) that I have an repetitive injury in the elbow joint and the area that is attached to it. I guess I need to keep going back and getting it worked by both chiro and massage since neither does both where I live. Any ideas how I can get over this and soon? It hurts and I feel as though I am never going to get over this (sorry for the drama) I mountain bike in the spring and I don't want to give it up, and it isn't looking too good for gardening either.
Many thanks
