Golf - Summer Special

Has anyone used the golf summer special? It sounds like a great deal with one exception. One can't obtain a tee time until 5 days prior. Will it be a problem to obtain a tee time in that time frame? The tee time must be after 3:00pm. My DH and DS will want to play every day between August 1 and August 7 and, of course, all five courses while we are there. We are staying on site and it would cost an additional $120 to reserve the tee times now for them to play after 3:00. Should we reserve now and pay the difference or take our chances with the summer special? What are your experiences with tee time?

Hi..take your chances.....summers are pretty hot and humid and you can play until 8PM easy......with 5 courses they will find you a spot...Ted

DS made his first tee times from the Kwik Trip at the bottom of Wisconsin while we were driving down for 3 days later. He never had a problem getting a time on any day. Once he was rained out before he was done and a 2nd time he knew he would probably not get all 18 holes in - made it thru about 14. I believe he went on 5 different days with no trouble.

My inlaws have a friend that lives in Orlando who golfs at the Disney courses regularly. He said every course is beautiful but Magnolia is by far the best course. Said the scenery was gorgeous!
