Golf partners wanted for November - Orlando/Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista

I'm heading out to Disney's Old Key West Resort for two weeks from the 5th November, and was wondering whether anyone else will be there at that time and looking for someone to play some golf with?

It doesn't have to be at the Disney courses, in fact my wallet would much prefer to play some of the cheaper local courses instead, but otherwise I'm happy to play anywhere.

Hi Pessy,while not being able to join you,if you are a premium annual pass holder you can walk into any Disney Golf Coarse and request 40.00 and play.If there are any opening you get to play with cart for $40.00.I have done this all year and it is a great cost saver. Hit'em straight and Long.

Don't forget the PGA tour is there the week of 11/8 will be some great golf to watch if you arn't playing.

DH is planning to play twice when we are at Disney for Thanksgiving sorry that your dates don't match up he would love to have someone to play with. He is just planning to have Disney match him up into a 4-some. He has done this a few times before.

Jude, I got a clue from the "Brit Jude" username I guess I'm not a million miles away from Hayes, although it's not a place I have cause to visit really.

I am actually thinking of taking a trip up to the Washington area (driving up by car) after my Disney stay. How cold and/or snowy does it get at the end of November/start of December?

Pessy - I don't think unless you live there that anyone should visit Hayes Just gone down hill a lot.

DC in November/December isn't bad. Yes it can be cold but not really wet or damp which makes a difference, so I don't think it's as cold as England. We usually don't get snow until January or February. Average in November is 57 degrees, December 47 degrees.

There is lots of free stuff to do in DC and some great restaurants.

That doesn't sound like it gets too cold so hopefully I'll get lucky with the weather. A friend of mine has just come back from Washington and has pretty much repeated what you were saying so I'm looking forward to seeing for myself.
