Golf Mickey Head/TaeKwonDo

I know that someone can lead me in the right direction.

I would like a Mickey head made out of golf balls. I have seen them with soccer balls, basketballs and volleyballs, but no golf.

Also my friends are going with us and their son is big into Tae Kwon Do (sorry for the spelling). Any characters doing that?

Last, I think, a gymnastic Minnie?
