Golf carts in the rain?

We've stayed at other Disney resorts where we were taken to our room in the rain by a cast member in a golf cart that had plastic sides to protect you from the weather. Just curious if the golf carts that you rent at Fort Wilderness have any protection during the rainy months.

The ones that they rent at Fort Wilderness don't, but Kenny's (Tee Time Golf Carts) do.
