Golf cart- where can we drive and park them??

We will be at FW in an wheelchair accessible cabin July 20-Aug 4. I have rented a golfcart from teetime. I think that I read somewhere that the accessible cabins are in the 2800 loop.

Where exactly can we drive and park the golf cart?
Boat launch?
HDDR?
Pool?

Can we drive the cart to the bus stops to go to the parks? I am planning to mostly drive our car to the parks but if we decide to take a bus, can we do that without using the internal bus system too?

I am trying to wrap my head around how best to travel with my step-father and our rental ECV. He does not need it all the time, but will for the parks and long distances.

This is our first trip to the Fort and we really want to slow down and enjoy all that the Fort has to offer. We have plans to tour parks in the morning, and then breaks at the Fort, with dinner or an activity in the evening.

There is golf cart parking:

On the driveway at your site
Near the marina
Near Trails End and the Hoop de Doo
Near the Meadows Recreation Area and Campfire/Movie
Near the Outpost Bus Stop
Near the Settlement Bus Stop

There are plug-ins for charging the golf cart at the parking near Trails End and near the marina.

There are NO plug-ins at the parking near Outpost and Settlement bus stop

Unknown if there are plug-ins at the parking near the the Meadows Recreation Area/Campfire/Movie

Yes. There is CG parking near the marina, although it requires a walk down the path and along the dock to the boat. There is also parking near Trails End/Crockets Tavern for the HDDR, and near the meadows pool (I don't know about the cabin pool). There is a decent sized lot at the Outpost bus depot, although it does fill up at times so you might have to wait or hunt for a spot. Remember the ECV can travel on sidewalks, but a GC will be restricted to the streets. ECV's can also travel on the MK boat, but not the resort boats.

We rent a golf cart AND DH uses an ECV. When going to the parks, one of us drives the golf cart to the appropriate bus/boat area and the other drives the ECV.

We then board the boat/bus together and head to the parks. If we are coming back to the campground, and know we are returning to a park later in the evening, we just leave the ECV parked in golf cart parking and drive the golf cart back to our site.

If just going to other locations within the campground (Traiils End, the trading posts, the beach for fireworks, etc.,) then we just ride the golf cart and leave the ECV at the campsite.
