DH wants to get a cart (imagine that:rolleyes2 ). Where else besides the Fort can you take a golf cart?? We live in WI so most of our trips will be around here.
I have a feeling that his toy list is much bigger and a golf cart is just the beginning:scratchin .

Thanks,

A golf cart is a good idea for ANY guy....its a healthy hobby, it can get a little costly, but Im sure you can keep the reigns tight enough to keep him in check. He will be the envy of all the other husbands in your neighborhood..LET HIM PLAY!!!!! I have only ridden mine around the neighborhood...hardly ever get into any trouble with it. My wife has some tight reigns on me..so I had to wait a full month to buy even a replacemnet for a flat tire because of her, whats funny is that SHE got chased by the hospital security guards while out playing on it!!! We live near a hospital and she was speeding around the parkinglot one night....she had to "escape" ...she's such a rebel!!!

I think my point is (although Im not real sure I have a point) that if ya go ahead and let him think its a favor youre doing by letting him get the cart....you'll get to play around on it and likely enjoy it as much as him!!

Here she is..NOT having any fun on it..reminding me how lucky I am that she puts up with, and allows my childish hobbies....

You could use the golf cart on a golf course. :lmao:

Just kidding !! WTH would use a buggy onna golf course :lmao: I agree with Rog. We drive ours all over the place,,never played a game of golf in my life.

We ride our cart all the time. We even made a trail behind the house by the creek to ride it on. Plus we use at other campgrounds. Also handy for yard work.

Ok..I bought a new tire on ebay this morning....Ive never changed a tire before on anything other than a bicycle (I mean tire onto a rim...Ive changed flats on cars of coarse)...have any of you guys done this? How much trouble is it? Would I be better off bringing it to a tire shop and having them mount it? Can it be done with a screw driver, or do I actually need to go buy a tire iron?

spend the $5 and have them do it at the shop.

Yeah....Im leaning that way.......I was wanting that "I did it myself" pride..but Im picturing a cracked rim and very little pride involved...BUT...a cracked rim would warrant me getting THESE...

Yeah right, all I see in that rim is Gina picking up something and slinging it at you. Take the rim to the shop lol.

I want to put a set of these on my golf cart!!!

They arent as big as they look, they are only 49"... :lmao::lmao:

Did you ever fix your cart John??

49"???? Im a "lo-pro" kinda guy...its the Mexican in me!!!

Donnie...you know my ol'lady WAAY too well!

Yeah it's up and running, well... its sitting and not going anywhere, but that is because of the snow :lmao: I fixed the crash rash, and found a way to fix the melted terminal. As soon as the snow melts I am gonna get it out wash and wax it, and sell it ASAP.

I want a gasser so I can start on my Killamanjaro Safari cart! :drive:

That will be a cool cart. It would look good stretched but then it won't fit in the bed of your truck. So then no way to get it to FW. Which is the whole point of the cart so don't stretch it.

I have been kicking around the idea of making the back seat face forward. But like you said it would be too long, so I have been pondering a way to make it removable. I am going to make the top look like the roof and racks of the ride trucks. I will hang some racks etc on sides and back, splatter it with "mud", put the chains on the front hung off a big ole truck bumper to scare the birds, and the biggie.... I want to figure out how to make the rear wheels duals!

We saw a guy at the fort who had a parts cart and he cut the front off and it had the floorboard and back tires and of course the seat. He pulled it behind his cart. Pretty good idea.

I thought you guys would enjoy checking out these trucks. :drive: Enjoy:

SORRY GUYS, I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. :badpc: (Thank you Rog for your help)
