Golf cart rental

Does anyone know how the bike barn rents the Golf carts? We used to get one on every trip but for the last few years we skipped it. This year we will be renting one. I heard you have to make a reservation for one. Any info would be great, thanks

I would call the bike barn as soon as possible to reserve a cart. They will ask for a credit card to guarantee the ressie, but will not charge it unless you don't pick up the cart. The rate is $43 a day plus tax. You do get a minimal discount if you rent for a week or longer. We took our own cart this time and it broke down (of course!). In June we will be renting from the Fort again as we will have the camper with us and no way to haul the cart.
