Has anyone on this board used "Beachline Golf Carts" while at the Fort? Their website says they deliver to the Fort but I had not seen them mentioned here before. Any recommendations?

I hope someone who has used them responds. I looked them up after seeing your post. Sent them an email with my September dates (only 3 nights) and they replied back within a few hours. They say they'll deliver and pickup at the fort - Tee-Time rentals would not anymore. So I'm happy so far but hope to hear from someone who's actually used them before I make a reservation.

1) They are not permitted to "drop off" carts.
2) You must meet them at the time they arrive and take possession.
3) Then, you must meet them at return-time.

That is with Beachtime rentals specifically right? That'll work then. I don't mind meeting them at all. Tee-time wanted me to meet them a mile off property, hook up a trailer with the cart to my RV, drop it off at the fort, then drive the trailer back out to them. Then to leave i had to meet them to get the trailer, and repeat the process. This would be fine if I was staying a week or longer bc their savings would be sooo much cheaper, but for a short 3 day trip it wasn't worth the hassle.
I'll probably give Beachtime a try - and report back here!

Guess my question is how would Beachline Carts be able to meet at FW and not Tee Time? :confused3 I agree, seems like having to meet off site with all the swapping trailers, etc. would be too much hassle to be worth it!

Based on my conversation with a member of the Fort Management Team last month while I was there I would be surprised if Beachline was allowed to drive into the Fort to deliver a golf cart. The way it was explained to me, ALL golf cart rental companies must meet outside of the Fort property. (No mention was made about the camper rental folks who offer a cart with a trailer rental delivery). The emphasis was made to me about ALL. Maybe Beachline hasn't been caught delivering and if that's the case kazlac might be pleasantly surprised.

I rented from Beachline last week. He is a very nice man who called me promptly after any email questions I sent, and had the best deal on cart rental. His preferred method of delivery is for the renter to meet him at the Disney kennel (very near by) after check in and exchange an extra gate key for him to use coming through the gate. We were late getting in and Fort Camper Rental had already set up our camper, so Beachline was somehow able to deliver to my site. Again, he was very nice and I won't hesitate to use him again. I let him keep the gate card for pickup on check out day as the card is no longer Key to the World or tickets or anything. It's just for gate & comfort station entry. I guess if anybody feels like this is dishonest to Disney policy they probably shouldn't be surfing the outside rental threads.

1) Correct.
2) You meet them at the time of delivery.
3) They usually specify the location.
4) Then, you both bring the cart into The Fort.
5) As the guest, you are permitted to bring "your own" cart.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience with Beachline. I did see that they have a Facebook page and also had some good reviews posted there. I have no problem with meeting them outside the grounds. I would rent from Disney but their prices are too high, and we need a 6-seater (which I believe Disney does not offer). :)
