Golf Cart Parade 2010

This morning I had the honor of witnessing one of the Forts finest traditions first hand. I dragged my gf out of bed (with much protest) at the crack of dawn, we hopped into our golf cart (still in pj's) and lined up to watch this year's July 4th Golf Cart Parade.

I could go on for hours about how amazing the carts were as well as the people driving them but Ive always felt that a picture is worth 1000 words.

Yes, sir! I work nights so Im used to staying up until 8-9am. This week at the fort Ive been out fishing most nights usually around 4:30am and I stay til the critters start freaking me out. It seems to help me unwind and get to sleep a little earlier than normal
