Golf at WDW

When can we expect to get rates for golf using the DVC membership pass for this fall. I am going in November and would like to know soon. Thank you.

Question about the golf membership...

I am not a golfer myself, but my dad is and we are planning on taking him to WDW one of these trips. Since he will be staying with us, can he take advantage of any Golf bonuses (reduced green fees, preferential tee times, etc) even though he is not the DVC owner? Do I have to buy a membership in anything?

As you can tell, I don't know much about this... but want to find out!
