Since Celebration and most of Florida is having real estate problems, does anyone know how Golden Oak sales are progressing?

i'm sure that phase II, III, and IV have already been approved...they just can't work it into a proper press conference.

They gotta announce a new 100,000 dollar flat ride for the "paupers" (on their 85 dollar a day tickets...pre-tax) and the new grand floridian villas for the "working class"

Please...there's such a thing as good taste
Disney clearly has a good grasp of it
