Golden Horseshoe Food Question

Hi all! This may be a silly question, but I'm a bit of a rule follower and get nervous about etiquette situations. We are really wanting to check out the piano player at Golden Horseshoe when we visit in January (we have never watched a performance!), but none of the menu items there are appealing to us. Is it frowned upon if we get corndogs from Stage Door Cafe and bring them over?

Try and grab a table upstairs by the balcony railing. It is much quieter up there but you can still see and hear the entertainment. My daughter and I stumbled across it last year. We didn't know there was a piano player but it was dinner time and everywhere else was slammed with long lines, people everywhere and noise. Being on the autistic scale we wanted a bit of quieter down time so happened upon here. We got a plate of chicken strips and fries to share and one of the great ice cream dessert treats and headed upstairs. We sat down and after a few minutes out came the piano player. We really enjoyed it. We clapped along and joined in with the tunes we knew, it really was one of our highlights. Can't wait to enjoy this again on our visit next year.
