The Gold Top Hat Chair was a Prize from a Quest that was out last week. Since there is a Quest tonight, I'm guessing/hoping that the Gold Top Hat will return.

You find it in VMK quests, check the calender all there times are pacific, for eastern add 3 hours. I have 4 gold hats.
