Going to WDW on my Anniversary...Any ideas?

Hello DIS Boards!! This is my first thread
I am going to WDW this August with my 2 girls and husband and we are celebrating our 15 year anniversary!! My mom-in-law will be with us and my husband and I will have an evening to ourselves. I would love to know what ideas you have about how we could celebrate! Anyone celebrated an anniversary at WDW? What did you do?

DW and I have done our 15, 20, 25th & looking at doing our 30th anniversary on DCLs.

DH and I have dinner at CRT and I preorder the chocolate slipper dessert with our names on the plate. To this day he has no clue I set it up in advance. Last year I also had a Haunted Mansion themed cake delivered to our room. He loved it.
