OK....I visited the Travel Agent and made the reservations for Oct. 28-Nov. 11 at Pop Century for myself, my husband, our 4 children and my brother. What do I do now? I have no idea what the next step is. What should I do now? Where can I learn everything I need to know about a family vacation to WDW? Thank you

First plan should be decide what priority seatings are important to you. Hoop De Doo Review for instant can be booked up to 2 years in advance. If you want CRT then you have to call right at your 180 day mark. We are going in October also so I sat down last weekend and tried to see which days were estimated to be busiest when and make out a plan of where we wanted to be and where we wanted to eat then used the PS calculator here on the DIS to figure out when I should start calling.

Congrats!

I'd pick up a guidebook (like the Unofficial Guide) to read up on the parks. Then use the websites to pick what park you're going to each day (depending on which is busiest, etc). You can do priority seatings if you're into that.

Have fun!
