Going to Waitlist...Never Done, Question

Hi. We have THVs booked for December 26-January 1 for my family of four, ds-18 and dd-22. With the ages of the kids they are very happy to have their own rooms. But, if I am able to get BLT or BW area they would move to a two bedroom. I know my chances are slim to none but I would like to at least tey with a waitlist.

BWVs have a few days available with a two bedroom lockoff and regular two bedroom no days available. Is it still preferable for me to waitlist the regular two bedroom vs the lockoff that has three days available?

It's preferable to book as much as you can and waitlist the rest. Do you have enough points to hold the BWV room while keeping the THV reservation?

BWV are all lockoff 2 bedrooms, no dedicated. New Years Eve will be difficult to get.

Thank you both. No, I do not have enougj pounts to book available days and hen waitlist and stalk. If I did, It is a great idea but I cannot. Ill just wait and hope and if I get great and if not still great with DTD in our backyard.
