I'm fairly certain this is a popular question. We're going to be in WDW for a week in October and want to go to Universal for one day. The way I see it I have three options (maybe four).
1) Rent a car for the duration. This way we don't always need to depend on WDW transportation and we can go grocery shopping.
2) Rent a a car from the car care center for a day.
3) Take a cab
4) Use a car service
I'm just not sure of #3 or #4. What are the current costs for cabs R/T to Universal or a car service? Renting a car for the week seems to be a huge waste of money when I only need it for one day. Even with Priceline, you're talking around two and a quarter for the week. I'd be curious to hear from those who have done this, how they dealt with it.
