Going to Tortola

Trying to decide between a day at the baths and the tour to virgin Gorda, they seem to be the same thing basically just one serves lunch. Would we be missing out on anything if we did the just the tour?

If they both take you to the Baths at Virgin Gorda, then they do the same thing. The lunch is very good
