Oh that sounds wonderful!! Is this a secret family recipe you have or something you can share?
Here it is real simple!
0ne lb. slicing pepperoni, ( buy this at your grocery store deli, have them slice it for you, but not to thin )
one package of cheese, single wrap, does not matter what brand you get,,but get american white, I always get what is on sale. I also always get the 24 slice package
Bridgeford frozen white bread, 3 in a package!
Take out frozen bread and let it thaw, be sure to watch it as you do not want to let it start to rise. Cut the bread loaf in half as soon as it is soft. When you can work with the bread, put some veggie oil on the counter, and start to work the bread out flat, use your hands, not a rolling pen.
Make an egg wash. I egg white and some water, brush eggwash on dough, add the cheese, then the pepperoni. roll up. Use toothpicks to hold together. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min.
Brush the top of each loaf with egg wash before putting into oven, this gives it a nice light brown top. Makes 6 loafs!
