Going to Iraq

Yes, you read that correctly. No, I'm not in the military. I am working on a contract that does IT work in Iraq. I'm going over to see what they are doing and to introduce myself. I'll be gone 1 month.
Please think about me, send good thoughts, pray, whatever you want. I really appreciate it.

I don't know, I doubt it as I'll be working 12 hour days with Fridays off. I'll probably be sleeping that day.

UPDATE:
I'm here in the IZ in Iraq. All I can say is I'm learning a lot. You folks really need to understand that there is a job here and it's getting done. Don't let the talking heads and the mainstream media fool you. Our fighting forces are doing an excellent job. I love each and every one of them and I tell each and every one I see "thank you."

As I post this, it's 16:30 local Iraq time. I now have:

10 days until I return to the USA and 9 days until I fly out of this place.

Whew, that month went fast.
