Hi there

We're going to DLRP next Thursday for five days (yippee!!), same time of year as we went two years ago. Last time we had the Fantillusion parade in the early evening as well as additional Little Mermaid and Jungle Book-themed mini parades throughout the day as part of some extra fiesta (to brighten up the crappy February weather, I've been told).

I've just been trawling the DLRP website but I can 't find anything to say whether these parades are on this year... can anyone help?

Thanks guys!

:flower3:

Hi, we went this week and there is just the Princess Parade at 4 o'clock. Nothing else is going on at the moment.
3 years ago in Feb when we went there was the Lion King Festival, Fantillusion and Lion King fireROARworks as well.
2 years ago in Feb when we went there was Fantillusion and the Kids carnival with mini-parades in the day.
Last year in Feb when we went there was the Kids Carnival but no Fantillusion.
This year................... nothing, but I still wouldn't have missed it for the world.:dance3:

Aww thanks guys. Wonder why that is? Can't help feeling a bit disappointed, we LOVED Fantillusion. Mind you, last time we went we didn't have enough time to go in Walt Disney Studios at all, so I'm sure that'll more than make up for it.

What's the parade in the Studios like, any good?

I loved the Studio parade, and the crowds are not so manic, especially if you go to the end of the parade route, near the Flying Carpets.

Hi sassyflowergirl

We were in DLP on 11th-15th Jan.Unfortunately no Fantillusion parade.
There is the princess parade in the main park at 4pm
The studio parade is good and as hildasmuriel says the crowds are not quite so busy. The parade starts at 1.30.

Yes I have searched too, there is the Princess Parade and that is it no evening parade. The only thing is that when we go on 2nd March it is the Welsh Festival and apparently they are having a firework display on our first day in the park which will be nice and I knew nothing about until I started looking through information.:)
