We are WDW fenatics, but DH just informed me he has a business trip to Santa Ana in mid May(15-17) and asked if I wanted to go to DL. Of course, I said "yes"!! Is it going to be crowded then? Also, I don't understand how the flex tickets work. Are they like WDW hopper tickets? It didn't say that in the info on the Disney.com site. This trip is a Tuesday through Thursday, so I would think it wouldn't be too crowded. I did go to DL 3 years ago for a day in April and found it to be all right for crowds. I was just wondering what to expect with the new park open and all. :)

I don't know how much the new park will affect crowds in DL during the week in May, but if last year was any indication you should have a wonderful time during the week. I was there last May and during the week things were quite nice. Weekend was a little crowded, but the week wasn't bad at all :D

Thanks, Rahja.
Any idea on if the flex pass allows me to do both parks? Or both parks in the same day? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I think the flex tix allow you to do both parks.Hopefully they've updated their ticketing system, because it is way behind WDW. Incidently, as long as all the kiddies are still in School in Cali during that week, it should be decent.
