Going to Disney!!

Yes, that's right. Amanda's goin' to Disney World!! We have planned a trip!!

Who: Amanda, her parents (mom=mominRI), and ex-gf/bff (xxlionloverxx)
What: WDW vacation!!
When: August 15-21
Where: Port Orleans Riverside
Why: We haven't been to WDW since '03 (bff has never been!)

Anything really cool and new, besides EE (which they were building when we last went)?

Anything cool for two teenagers? We are allowed to walk around the park alone, as long as we stick together, don't leave the park, and stick to a general area, set by my parents.

As you probably know, I'm bi, and she's lesbian. Anything for us to do, if we happen to be together again when we go?

Has anyone stayed at the PO Riverside? What's it like?

We have the Dining Plan. Any recommended restaurants? We're eating at, so far:
*Crystal Palace (dinner w/Pooh and friends, for bff)
*Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner w/Goofy and friends, for dad)
*Ohana (breakfast with Stitch and friends, for ME!!)
*Mama Melrose's (Fantasmic! dinner package)
*The restaurant in Italy (WS) (I can't remember the name, but we're going for bff's b-day dinner!)
*The restaurant in...Japan, I think (WS, can't remember name!!)

And any other tips/suggestions? THANKS!!

How fun! We'll be at WDW Aug. 1-17!
Just a heads up, the restaurant in Italy is supposed to close in Spring for a complete remodel and not open again until Fall. I didn't make an ADR there specifically because I don't want them to call me in a couple of months and say "Oh, sorry, that place won't be open." Then we won't be able to get in anywhere else because they will all be booked! So you might want to have a back-up plan!
All of your restaurants look great - you are visiting many of my favorites!
