Well after saving so much it hurts....

I paid the full balance of our trip to Cosmos this afternoon!!





Surprised my card didn't melt but that's it done! Can't wait! Have been bouncing off the walls since then!

I don't feel like I'm going until it's paid off, then it's a kind of shock, I'm ACTUALLY going! Yay!!

Then there's the saving money to spend, once we hit the minimum target I relax more

I have another £1000 to save before the 27th june to pay off trip but then anything else after that is all spending money.Always a good feeling when its paid off

we have paid the flights but we still have hotel and tix to pay off as well.

DH says we are pretty much there so its an awesome feeling to know we are so close to that feeling.

We are just at the beginning of our saving, looking to get booked up within the next 2 weeks or so, got just enough for deposit, and then it's save, save, save (& diet, diet, diet! LOL!)

Having bit of a panic now....

Having just paid a ridiculous sum to Cosmos on Wednesday, it's now Saturday and I haven't had any kind of confirmation either by email or post? Should I be worried? (*** I am.) (very)

I would have thought an email at least although our postal service is not fantastic if they have posted something it might come on Monday.

I got nada from Virgin either.

I paid the balance in February and got an invoice on my doorstep today (which I ring and requested last week!)
