going rate for a Confirmation?

Hoping someone can help...we (2 adults, 2 young children) are going to a confirmation party. What is the going rate for a gift? It's a neighbor, and is being held at a nice place.
 
I'd give at least $50 - it doesn't sound like you are that close, and it's not family.
 
Thanks for the reply. I knew I could find a quick answer here...I was thinking $100 in a gift card to a store she likes, so at least I know I wasn't way off base...I wasn't sure if this was one of those "it's like a wedding" events!
 
For communions, confirmations etc we typically give a $100 savings bond (so we spend $50).

I'd give cash, or a savings bond. Everyone I know puts sacrament money into the college fund for some reason.
