going on my first cruise

hey everybody

im going on my first cruise in august. i was wondering if anybody had any advice on cool places to go or sows to see or anything like that. any advice anybody could give that would help me to have more fun.

Hey again, i'm goin on 1-8-04. It's my first cruise to, but i heard that there is a beach for teens on the island(castaway key). Also there is a time where we can work out at the spa (at night), and the teen center is suspose to be real fun because it ends late with glow in the dark volley ball.

I've been on the Disney cruise twice (once on the Wonder and once on the Magic) and both times were AWESOME! The teen activities are so much fun and you will become friends with people on your cruise. The friends you make are the best part- I still talk to some people from my last cruise in Sept. The teen beach is a lot of fun, and Castaway Cay is absolutely beautiful. Words can't describe it; you have to see the island itself to know just how amazing it is. As for the shows, you HAVE to see Disney Dreams, which is either the last night or the second to last night of the cruise. It is a great show! Also, they show movies in the movie theater on the ship. When I was on the Wonder a few years back, we went the weekend Monsters Inc. came out and it was so cool to see it on a Disney ship its opening weekend. When we went last year, I was able to see Finding nemo and Pirates of the Carribean (which it was a few months after they both came out, but it was still cool to see sea movies while at sea!). The week I spent on the Magic was so much fun, and was one of the greatest weeks of my life (so far). I know this was a long post - I could talk about this all day lol! To sum it all up, you will have fun on this trip. ENJOY THE CRUISE!

Hey! I wish i was going on ur cruise!

I've been on 2 Magic cruises, and each of them I had a BLAST! It was so much fun! Common Grounds is awesome. The dances are awesome.. they go till like 2am! its great!

Castaway Cay is gorgeous.. and the teen beach is great! I had such a great time that day!

If its a Western (i have no clue which one is which!) I would say to do the excursion on Cozumel (the catamarran cruise thingy) its cool to see cozumel at sunset on a catamarran wit jus teens and music!

Also, the shows are amazing! Disney Dreams is excellent! Also, like DisneyAngel said, there are plenty of movies to see if u want.. I saw Finding Nemo n PoTC too! PoTC actually premiered on my cruise, and they played it at 12:01am on the day it opened! (i didnt go to it cuz my mom wouldnt let me...) But look for premieres on ur cruise!

I was signed up for the catamaran, but rain was in the forecast and so they had to cancel it. Unfortunantey, it didn't rain until later that night - after we would have come back. So we all went to see a movie instead. But I did go on the catamaran in Nassau when I was on the Wonder. You definitely should do it because it's a lot of fun.

I'm going August 19th on a Wonder Cruise , if You'll be there maybe I'll see you=) I leave in 3 more days!!!!i leave Sat for 4 days before the cruise and after that i've got 2 more days!!! *cant wait*e:

I'm going on my first cruise in January and I am so excited. Common Ground is on the magic and the ESPN Skybox is on the Wonder right.

Actually, now on the Magic, the teen area is called 'The Stack' and it's where the skybox used to be, and on the Wonder it's still Common Grounds cuz it hasnt gone into dry-dock yet to change it.

I'm going next summer on July 2 for one of the west coast cruises.. and i cant wait!
