Going local for the Disney fix

The nearby mall had a brand new Disney store open on the 30th of May. So I pestered DH until he finally relented and we just took the kids. They LOVED it! DS came away with a Bruce the shark (from Nemo) in exchange for his beloved pacifier too so hoping this signals the end of that. DD got a Daisy Duck and is hugging that. Anyway, the kids were seriously wanting everything. DD made a birthday list from there that is a mile long and includes Brave figurines and characters even though the movie isn't out yet. DS was picking up everything but nothing beat Bruce - not even sorcerer Mickey (though that gave him some pause, so that will be a birthday present for him!).

Glad we have the local fix though. DH -- not so happy.

There's a Disney store very near to the store I work at in a mall and it is sooo magical! One morning I got to see part of the key ceremony too, so sweet! Youtube it if you don't know what I'm talking about!
