Going in Sept

Going on sept 20-22. Need to chose one day for each park. I dont care for Halloween Horror Nights. Im trying to decide based on the Crowd Levels considering the weekend and the diagon alley opening. What days are usually busy on each park?

We are also going in sept... Spending one day at one of the parks. Trying to decide. Not HP fans and my kids are not adventurous at all. No big coasters for them... Thinking studios, but it's so $$ so want to pick right one!! Lol one day is our only option. Staying 6 days and 5 of those are Disney...
